Their proud motsunabe (offal hotpot) is made with dashi stock made from Hokkaido kelp and has a light soy sauce-based soup that's so tasty you'll want to drink it all up.Since orders can be made for just one person, it's perfect for parties as well as for customers drinking alone! For the final dish, you can choose between rice porridge or ramen.The "Mentaiko Motsunabe" topped with mentaiko is also great.
